Café Central An Dong will serve three different buffet menus, combining the most typical Singaporean delicacies, such as Singapore chili crab, Hainanese chicken rice, Singapore laska noodles, Sambal grilled stingray… and many steamed Singaporean delicacies.
During the festival, three special buffet menus will rotate for each dinner, introducing diners to Singapore’s rich culinary options.
Two Singaporean guest chefs from Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore Hotel will personally prepare and present delicious Singaporean dishes here, surely bringing unforgettable culinary experiences.

Chef Lee Chin Choong with 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, won an award with his teammates at the Food & Hotel Asia 2010 event. He was also honored with the ‘Outstanding Employee of the Year’ award at the Congress.
Chef Dominic Chai Khee Shin has just been promoted to Deputy Chef, an affirmation of his diligence and talent in the culinary arts.
