The following is the Eat Clean diet with a suggested menu for 7 days to help your body receive `special care`, bringing effective results: detoxification, increased energy, reduction of excess fat, and control of obesity.
The characteristic of this Eat Clean diet is that it is not harsh but very flexible.
Breakfast: One cup of barley cooked with organic fresh milk or soy milk.
Lunch: Fresh baby spinach mixed with balsamic vinegar and herbs served with a small bowl of quinoa cooked with beans.
Snack: A cup of Greek yogurt, sprinkled with a little honey, mixed with some sliced fresh bananas and crushed almonds.

Put a little extra virgin olive oil in a hot pan, saute onions, cherry tomatoes, and sliced green bell peppers until just cooked, then add lean chicken breast or organic tofu and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Saute onion, sliced red bell pepper, pureed garlic, and celery in extra virgin olive oil until rare.

Take cooked or grilled lean tuna/salmon/mackerel and mix well with pesto sauce, chopped basil leaves, chopped fresh or dried tomatoes and brown couscous or brown rice.

Mix together mashed avocado flesh, pureed onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, boiled corn, soft cooked black beans and chopped fresh lettuce to create a delicious fresh Mexican salad.
